You asked and we answered. We put together an Oyster Samplah that both feeds a crowd and allows you to host an oyster sampling in your own home.
We have included our Glidden Point Topsiders and Cocktails. This combination lets you taste side by side the difference between bottom culture and top cultured oysters. Glidden Point Topsiders are grown in bags and spend their entire life floating on top of the river. Glidden Cocktails are considered bottom culture, and are grown 20-30 feet deep in the cold Damariscotta river.
Lastly we have included Nonesuch oysters from our sister farm down in Scarborough.
