How do you describe perfection? Long ago I sat in the Portland ME restaurant called Old Port Sea Grill with my buddy Ben Snow who used to manage the waterfront there, each of us consumed three dozen of these amazing perfect oysters from the Damariscotta River - and a few martinis were involved -- but those were the best oysters then and I have just recreated this experience with your amazing product offering now. My wife and I ate oysters once a week for years and she said these are the best oysters she has ever had. The BEST OYSTERS EVER!!!

Love the oysters from your area, and love visiting your area. My buddy Mitch-man at Midcoast Kayak sent me your way and i didn't find you immediately when looking for a local grower with shipping via google, so not sure why google didn't help that initial search. but it did not really matter as i planned to ask for some guidance anyway. As for the oysters, my friends here loved them, the wonderful brine spoke of just pulled freshness, and most oysters were nicely fattened. However i did think some were a little small for harvesting. A couple were pale and skinny, and a few a little dirty, but all in all it was a pleasure to be popping your oysters for guests. I have perhaps been spoiled by prior slurpings of some monster-sized oys from your river basin, but trust that your business can continue to thrive as conditions change in challenging times. i will be coming back to you for more again before long, and likely to recommend you to some chef friends when we discuss Maine seafood and living.
