Grown by Nonesuch Oyster Company, our sister farm located within a nature conservancy at the confluence of the Nonesuch and Scarborough River at Nonesuch Point in Scarborough, Maine. The site is sandy, shallow, and right next door to one of Maine largest salt marshes. Nonesuch are very salty and full of flavor due to their proximity to both the marsh and the Atlantic Ocean. The environment is a perfect growing area for oysters, and the warm brackish waters are full of nutrients for the oysters to feed on.

Hello, I purchased the Nonesuch a while ago and really enjoyed the 36 oysters. The 36 is a reasonable amount to consume in 10 days. I even had some oysters left over to make an Oyster Stew. Also, since I live in New England the shipping was not significant. Good price point. Oh yes, they were delicious too!
Get them when you can.
Just spectacular. Fresh briny and wonderful. The mignonette, horseradish and other accompaniment were ignored and frankly, got in the way of perfection on a half shell.
Nonesuch Emeralds - perfect oysters
They were juicy, delicious and everything an oyster should be!
