When not busy running Pemaquid Oyster Company, Smokey and Kayli McKeen are hard at work concocting some of the best small batch oyster sauces around! Their Classic French Mignonette is made with champagne vinegar and shallots, the bright acidic flavors are a delicious compliment to the intense brininess of Maine oysters.

  • Pickups are available from our take out window 7 days a week 11:00AM to 5:00 PM. Leave us a note specifying the date and time you would like to pick up your order!
