Horse Shucking Knife


Double ground AEBL Stainless steel full tang blade.  Stabilized Maple Burl or G10 knife handle with Mosaic pins. Heat treated to 54 Rockwell for a very tough, chip free blade.  Each knife is made in house, by hand, one at a time by our friend horse cycles.

The knife is designed with a stout blade to handle larger east and central coast shells but will handle any little filter feeder you might want to get into.

The double ground stainless blade will last a lifetime.
