Mimi’s is named for owner John Clapp's grandmother who loved oysters so much she kept every shell for its unique beauty. When you get a Mimi you get a oyster that was grown with care and harvested at the perfect time.

The Farmers: Family-run by John and Beatrice with their sons Calder and Lowie, alongside Nate Porter who manages the Casco Bay sites with support from Max Horovits and Alex Gross.
