A Pleasant Surprise
I did not know I would get an oyster knife as part of the package. It is better than the one I have been using, it makes opening those beauties easier. As always, the oysters were delivered fresh and promptly. Since I live in Maine, I can get oysters at the local fish market but when I want the freshest best tasting ones, I order them from Glidden Point.
