We enjoyed it. My wife loves oysters, so this was a Christmas gift. A hit! It was a bit pricey, but nice that the oysters lasted a week in the fridge. We had a dozen oysters with each of three separate dinners. Very luxe. It’s a lot of work to shuck, though. jr
