We ship on Wednesdays for Thursday delivery. Select your delivery date at checkout. All oyster orders ship FedEx Priority Overnight.

Receiving

You do not need to be home for delivery, but oysters are best if refrigerated after receipt. Insulated boxes with ice packs keep oysters cold and stable through delivery.
