The Olympia Blade
The Olympia Oyster Knife with 2-1/2 inch x 5/8 inch, 16 gauge high carbon stainless steel blade with a tough recycled polypropylene plastic handle. The blade has a short (1") four sided eased edge grind that gently tapers to the flat unground blade. Superior to other knives when opening challenging smaller oysters, the Olympia will handle the larger varieties and clams beautifully too. Available in black and green.
