Madeline Point Oyster Farm sits in the cold, clean waters of Broad Cove, Maine. Owner and farmer Thomas Henniger grew up on the water, starting with his family when he was just 11. He launched Madeline Point 12 years ago, and the cove’s prime location gives his oysters their signature balance of sweetness and brine. We are offering his lovely Maine Island Oyster this month only!
