Cultivated in the cold, clean waters of Casco Bay, Butterfields oysters are grown among the sea grasses between Little Moshier and Moshier Islands off the coast of Maine. These plump oysters offer a balanced medium brine with a clean, bright finish — a reflection of the pristine waters and careful farming practices behind every harvest.
